Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Prizzed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Prizzed.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to earn points, enter prize draws, or redeem rewards.

Changes to these terms

Prizzed may change these terms, point prices, rewards, and features at any time, at its sole discretion. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

For material changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Prizzed after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. Changes do not affect redemptions already completed.

Points

You earn points by completing offers, surveys, and other tasks. Each task shows how many points it pays.

Points are a promotional reward. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and are not a deposit or account balance. Prizzed may adjust, expire, or remove points at its sole discretion, including points earned through error, fraud, or reversed activity.

New points can show as pending while the offer partner confirms your activity. Pending points can be reversed if the partner reverses the activity.

Redeeming

You can redeem points for the rewards shown on the Rewards page: gift cards, prizes, cash to the Prizzed Card, and creator perks. Each reward sets its own point price, and availability can change at any time.

Gift cards are emailed to your account email. Physical prizes ship within the US. Once delivered, a redemption is final.

Prizzed may substitute a reward of equal or greater value if a reward becomes unavailable. If a reward cannot be delivered, we return the points to your account.

Prize draws and custom prizes

Each prize draw has its own entry details, including how to enter, the end date, and how the winner is picked. Those details are part of these terms.

Prizzed may cancel, suspend, change, or end any prize draw or custom prize at its sole discretion, including if it suspects fraud, a technical failure, a rule violation, or anything else that affects the fairness or proper running of the draw. If a draw is cancelled, any points or contributions used to enter are returned.

Prizzed may disqualify any entry or entrant, and may decline to award a prize, if it believes these terms were broken. Winners may need to confirm eligibility and provide tax information before a prize is delivered. A prize that is not claimed in time may be forfeited.

People who create or fund a custom prize are responsible for the information they provide. Prizzed may review, edit, refuse, or remove any custom prize at its sole discretion.

Taxes

Rewards and prizes may count as taxable income. You are responsible for reporting them and paying any tax you owe. Prizzed does not give tax advice.

If the rewards and prizes you receive in a calendar year are worth $600 or more, the IRS requires us to send you, and file, a Form 1099-MISC. Before you pass that amount, we ask for your legal name, address, and SSN or EIN. We encrypt this information and only use it for tax filing.

Value is the retail value of the reward: the face value of a gift card or cash, or the stated value of a prize.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Prizzed may suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice. This includes accounts linked to fake identities, bots, VPN or location abuse, completing offers for someone else, chargebacks, abuse of other users, or any activity that we believe harms Prizzed, its partners, or its community.

If your account is closed for breaking these terms, unredeemed and pending points, entries, and prizes not yet delivered are forfeited. If we close an account for any other reason, we will return any contributions you made to prize draws that have not ended.

Limits on liability

Prizzed is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any offer, partner, or reward will remain available.

Offers and surveys come from third-party partners. Prizzed is not responsible for their products, services, or decisions to approve or reverse your activity.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Prizzed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the retail value of the rewards in your account or $100, whichever is greater. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to cover Prizzed for claims and losses caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

Disputes

If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Prizzed is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
